AA Lease Black Friday £500 cashback offer terms and conditions
1. The Promotion
Eligible customers will receive £500 (five hundred pounds) cashback (the “offer”) when they lease an eligible car from the AA Lease Black Friday range.
2. The Promoters
AA Financial Services Limited, Level 3, Plant, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England, RG21 4HG (the “AA”); and
Wessex Fleet Solutions Limited, Milford House, 43-55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, SP1 2BP (“Wessex”)
3. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion
- The offer is only available on eligible cars listed on the AA Black Friday promotional website: https://www.theaa.com/leasing/cars/black-friday-deals
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be UK residents.
- Applications must be started through either the AA Black Friday promotional website, by phone on 0333 004 8989 or via the AA Lease web chat function in the AA Black Friday promotional website.
- Applications made via any other channel, including price comparison websites or cashback affiliates, are not eligible for the offer.
- Applications for eligible cars must be started between 19 November 2025 and 5 December 2025.
- The financial application for the lease agreement (including the hard credit check) will need to be successfully approved by 19 December 2025. If the applicant does not provide the necessary documents in time or the application is not approved, the applicant will not be eligible for the offer.
- Lease agreements will be sent to successful applicants no later than 23 December 2025 and will need to be signed and received by AA Lease on 31 December 2025.
- Applicants must pass the 14 day cooling off period to be eligible for the offer.
- Only one cashback payment per successfully leased vehicle.
- The list of eligible vehicles is subject to change, and stock is limited. The Promoters reserve the right to update or remove vehicles from the promotional range at any time.
4. Cashback fulfilment
Within 10 business days of the delivery of the vehicle to the customer’s address, Wessex will credit £500 to the bank account that the customer is using to pay for the vehicle.
5. Limitation of liability
- The Promoters do not accept responsibility for any applications which are unsuccessful, lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received, or can’t be entered for technical or any other reason. Incomplete or illegible applications, or those not in accordance with the application instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid. If, after a recipient is notified that they are eligible for the offer, the Promoters become aware that their application was not in accordance with these terms and conditions or the lease terms and conditions, the Promoters may withdraw the offer immediately.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon claiming the offer. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the offer from anyone considered to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoters reserve the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of this offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the AA, its agent or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the recipient for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the AA, its agents or distributor or that of their employees. Your statutory rights aren’t affected.
6. Data protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this offer may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the offer. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the AA Financial Services Privacy Notice which explains what happens to any personal data that you give the AA, or any that we may collect from or about you. 7. General
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion in either the Scottish or the English courts.
